Integration Arrives Through Embodied Expression, Time and Rest

When it comes to any form of healing, transformation or recovery, change is non-linear and occurs in layers.

When integration becomes a conscious process, it provides a path to embodied change. Integration after a healing session allows the body, mind and spirit to assimilate new patterns of existence.

With Pluto now in Aquarius, regular solar flares, strongly felt astronomical events and DNA upgrades we are in a transition period. We are being asked to integrate changes into the way we live, relate and work. We may feel in alignment and a sense of peace one moment, then descend into chaos and change the next. It can be human nature to want to fight against the process of change. No matter how hard we cling, dig our heels in or try to recreate our sense of peace, we can’t. It’s the letting go of trying that is one of the biggest lessons we need to accept and learn.

Integration comes through embodied expression, time and rest. This is the natural order to let go, recieve, self-correct and evolve. Ensuring that we have an open heart, love and nourish ourselves is essential to welcoming transformation.

When we try and force, speed up or manipulate this process, we are not sitting in an evolutionary state of being. It is here that we create our own chaos. We are the creators of our own life after all.

How do you invite in integration? Simply BE. Be present in each moment. Observe the duality taking place, between your altering states of peace, of chaos, of fear and acceptance. Observe nature, it does not fight against the elements, it integrates, accepts and flows with change and transformation.

Integration allows the body, mind and spirit to assimilate new patterns - to embrace everything we experience.

‘The soul always knows what to do to heal itself. The challenge is to silence the mind” - Caroline Myss
