Reiki is a complementary therapy that reduces stress, anxiety, illness and promotes healing. Reiki compliments medical and therapedic techniques.
I will tailor a distance healing session specifically for you. The session will include channelled reiki, crystals and flowers. You are welcome to go about your day or rest meditatively and recieve.

Reiki and Crystal Healing Soul Session (90 mins) in person
Experience a soul session combining the healing modalities of Reiki, crystal therapy, sound healing, oracle cards and essential oils.
Reiki means ‘universal life force energy’ and is an ancient Japanese technique of energy healing to restore physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. A natural therapy focused on clearing energy blockages. All energy vibrates at certain frequencies, and when a part of your being is unwell it will start to vibrate at the wrong frequency.
Crystal therapy has been used since ancient times and is a form of vibrational medicine that uses the application of crystals and gemstones to facilitate and enhance physical, mental and spiritual healing.
When Reiki and crystals are applied the raised vibrational state lifts and supports those areas of imbalance so they vibrate at their normal ‘healthy’ frequency.
A treatment can relieve stress, improve the quality of sleep, combat fatigue, bring about inner peace, improve mental clarity, reduce anxiety, lower your blood pressure, and even assist your body in healing faster.
I will customise each treatment to your current circumstances. You will receive layers of vibrational medicine, crystal therapy as well as additional intuitive energy balancing techniques to cleanse and reset your energy.

Spiritual mentorships sessions are designed for people who are called to deepen their relationship with their soul, their Divinity, their Inner Wisdom and Knowing. For those who realise life is a co-creative process with the divine. I will meet you where you are.
The Blooming - my 121 spiritual mentorship is a pay as you go container. You may like to book in monthly 90 minute sessions to keep you on track with your spiritual progression. I also offer the flexibility to book in more regular sessions as your body activates or take a longer period between mentorship should you require more integration time. The decision always sits with you.
When we deeoen into listening to our soul and our wisdom we release self-doubt, judgement and isolation. We choose to remember who we are at a soul level and make daily choices in all aspects of life from that inner knowing, and trust in our wisdom and that of the Divine. We learn to treat all of life, all of creation, and every moment of our lives as sacred.
Our lives become THE spiritual practice, rather than our spiritual practice being something we have on the to-do list for an hour a day. If even that!
