Light Activations

I stand in the early morning sunshine, bare feet on the grass grounding myself whilst feeling the warm energy from the sun dance across my skin. A form of mediation and a moment of gratitude.

This activation is peaceful, calming, hopeful and gently energising like a warm hug. All it takes is five minutes.
